Happy Vegan Irish Beer Bread

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

3/4 cup brown sugar

12 ounces stout beer (take a small sip first, otherwise, there's just a bit too much!)

1/2 cup raisins

2/3 cup walnuts (chopped)

1 tsp cinnamon

Optional: dash nutmeg

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients and mix them well.

Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes at 350 F.
